Requirements

Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of remote bookkeeping experience with a US-based company (preferred). • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Experience with industry software like Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan is a plus.
