Key Responsibilities Collaborate effectively with the pharmacy help desk grievance team to manage and resolve various grievances. Execute data entry tasks and triage grievances to coordinators as appropriate. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for review by leadership, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness. Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives. Required Skills A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Adaptable and willing to embrace change in a dynamic environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required. At least one year of pharmacy experience under a licensed pharmacist or completion of a certified pharmacy technician program. Familiarity with the third-party claims process is essential.
