Meta + Google ad specialist needed for creating and managing new product launch (small business)
I am the owner/designer of a small baby crib sheet brand (www.shopmoonstarbaby.com) and am looking for an ad specialist with experience in Google and Meta, ideally someone with experience working with small startup retailers like me and/or in the baby/children's market. I recently released a new product sheets that fit a very specific (and popular) crib and would like someone to create and... manage ads on Meta and a search campaign on google. I have fresh creative for the new products but need an expert to create the most optimal campaigns. In the past I have a run campaigns on both platforms and after countless experiments my ROAs are still in the red. I have had good traffic on my Shopify site and good CTRs. My site has been in operation for a little over a year. My ads are all paused for now as I am attempting to regroup and re-strategize because clearly what I was doing before was not working. I am based in LA (although you can be anywhere), work from home, and am a mom to a toddler and baby. Looking for someone with clear and direct communication.
