Description: As an Entry Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist at American Airlines, your primary responsibility will be to assist our customers through live chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with their travel plans, frequent flyer accounts, and other related inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously. Your goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information. Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Provide information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and policies. 4. Assist with frequent flyer account inquiries, including points redemption and status updates. 5. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference. 6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 7. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Exceptional written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 5. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. 6. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems. 7. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. Benefits: 1.
