About The Role A new opportunity has arisen for a Virtual Assistant to support a client with various responsibilities. Responsibilities - Create boards in Canva using established branding, colors, and links - Manage Amazon account - Attend weekly Zoom meetings with the client - Oversee links and engagement on TikTok and Facebook (Instagram may also be involved) - Manage the client's inbox - Collaborate with the client to develop and implement "rules" for inbox handling - Potentially manage Pinterest - Assist with other ad hoc tasks/projects as needed - Familiarity with platforms such as: - Canva - WordPress - Amazon - Pinterest - TikTok - Facebook - Instagram - Zoom - Google Suite Requirements - Proven experience with Canva (mandatory) - Experience in social media and Amazon (preferred) - Creativity and an eye for design - Naturally organized - Attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Availability of 5-10 hours per week (may increase based on workload) - Must reside in Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
