Product Manager - Chatbots & Live Chat Solutions

Key Responsibilities • Chart the Course: Define the vision and roadmap for our chat products using customer insights, market trends, and business goals. • From Idea to Launch: Prioritize features, define requirements, and lead the development process from concept to launch. • Data Detective: Utilize metrics, analytics, and user feedback to make informed decisions that optimize our products. • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across the board. Requirements • 4+ years of product management or similar experience in a tech company. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and make tough decisions. • Strong understanding of customer needs with a passion for creating effective solutions. • Proficiency in data analysis to drive product decisions. • Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with chatbots or live chat products. • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
