About The Role We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services. In this fully remote role, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule while delivering evidence-based treatment through telehealth. What You'll Do • Provide evidence-based mental health treatment to a diverse range of patients. • Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions primarily through telehealth, using video or telephone. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and deliver counseling, referrals, and intervention services as needed. • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to federal, state, and organizational guidelines. Your Work Schedule • Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. • You can set your own hours between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST, seven days a week. • Choose either two evenings a week until 8 p.m. or four 4-hour shifts over the weekend to suit your lifestyle.
