Job Description
DataSolutions Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Level Clerk/Typist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, have excellent typing skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our databases with precision and accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
- Excellent typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a conducive environment for remote work
Responsibilities
- Accurately entering data into various databases and spreadsheets
- Reviewing and verifying data to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Responding to and resolving data entry requests in a timely manner
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and quality
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
