Job Title: Customer Service Clerk (Part-Time) – Waterloo

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the role of Customer Service Clerk at Amazon Tech, Waterloo. This is a part-time position, with working hours under 4 hours, and a competitive hourly wage of $18.00-$20.00. Job Description:

As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for customers, and your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will also be required to maintain customer records, process orders, and provide timely assistance to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person

– Process customer orders in a timely manner

– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently

– Maintain accurate customer records

– Assist the sales team as required

– Adhere to company’s customer service procedures and policies

Requirements:

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

– Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualifications:

A High School Diploma is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training.
