Gold’s Gym, the provider of premier health and fitness services across the United States, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fitness Instructor at our Riverside location. This is a part-time role, offering competitive hourly pay, health and dental insurance, paid training, and vacation time.

Job Description:

As a Fitness Instructor, you will perform an essential role in our member’s health and fitness journey. You will be responsible for creating and leading group fitness programs, providing one-on-one training, and ensuring a safe and motivating environment.

Responsibilities:

– Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs of the clients

– Provide one-on-one personal training

– Maintain a safe and clean workout environment

– Monitor and track client progress

– Educate clients on fitness and health matters

– Participate in promotional and marketing activities

Requirements:

– Certified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer

– Proven work experience in a fitness instructor role

– Excellent understanding of physical fitness, exercise techniques, and group dynamics

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Ability to design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs of the clients

– Must be available to work part-time under 4 hours

Educational Qualifications:

A degree in Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

Experience in the fitness industry and knowledge about current fitness trends and principles will be a significant advantage.
