Description:

AT&T is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. The Call Center Manager will oversee our customer service call center operations, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained, and managing a team of talented agents.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role

– Exceptional communication and leadership skills

– Strong problem-solving abilities

– Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

– Proficiency with call center technology and software

Responsibilities:

– Manage daily operations of the call center to ensure smooth processes

– Implement and monitor performance metrics for call center agents

– Train, mentor, and support call center staff to achieve high performance levels

– Develop strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction

– Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

– Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience

Educational Qualifications:
