Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a Part-Time Server at Starbucks, one of the leading coffeehouse chains in the United States. This is a part-time job, requiring less than 4 hours of commitment daily. Job Description:

As a Part-Time Server, you will be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service, satisfying the beverage and food needs of our customers and maintaining our store environment to the highest standards. With your positive attitude and commitment to excellent service, you will be a pivotal part of our brand’s reputation for exceptional coffee and delightful customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

– Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.

– Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.

– Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

– Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

– Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing customer and business needs.

– Willingness to work as part of a team.

– Ability to build relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

– Previous experience in a serving role is a plus but not a requirement.

Educational Qualification:

– High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

– Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage but is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
