We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in researching, gathering data... and implementing marketing processes. Job Description: As the Marketing Research & Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for: _Researching Target Audiences: Identifying and gathering data on distressed homeowners who may be in need of selling their homes, to build targeted marketing lists. -Developing Marketing Processes: Creating and refining processes for outreach through mail, text, email, ringless voicemail (RVM), and cold calling to maximize effectiveness. -Executing Scheduled Outreach:Managing and executing marketing campaigns according to a pre-defined schedule, ensuring consistency and timely follow-up. - Tracking Results: Monitoring the success of each marketing campaign, documenting results, and suggesting improvements for future efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct online research to identify homeowners who may be experiencing financial distress or other challenges. - Collect and organize contact information for targeted marketing efforts. - Develop and maintain a consistent marketing schedule. - Implement and manage outreach campaigns using various communication channels. - Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. - Continuously refine processes based on results and feedback. Qualifications: - Strong research skills and attention to detail. - Experience with data gathering and organization. - Familiarity with various marketing channels, including email, text, and cold calling. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tracking results. - Excellent communication skills. Strong fluency in English is an absolute.
