Title: Customer Service Representative - Chat Only (Remote) Pay Rate: $14 per hour... Essential Job Functions: • Handle and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers. • Create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. • Maintain and promote a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team productivity goals. • Upsell relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions.
