As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to inform decisions and enhance overall business performance. • *Key Responsibilities:** -

Client Support:

Deliver high-quality assistance to clients and internal teams by responding promptly and effectively to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. -

Data Analysis:

Analyze data trends and metrics to identify patterns, inform decisions, and drive strategic initiatives. Develop reports and dashboards to share insights with management stakeholders. -

Strategic Planning:

Participate in the development of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and overall operational efficiency. -

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up procedures are followed. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide support on ongoing projects and initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing best practices for client engagement. -

Problem Solving:

Identify potential issues or challenges proactively and collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs. -

Feedback Implementation:

Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes. -

Training Support:

Assist in training new team members on processes, tools, and best practices for client support. -

Time Management:

Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables set by management. ### Requirements: -

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred, but not required. -

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a support or customer service role, preferably within a remote working environment. -

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools. -
