Precision Aviation Controls (PAC), located in Independence, Kansas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Precision Aviation Group (PAG), based in Atlanta, Georgia, has a rare opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Sales department. It's an exciting time to join our team, as we continue to grow our markets and expand our US and international sales efforts. We are a full service, inventory supported, MRO provider in the aeronautical field with offices in 11 US and international markets. One of only 11 non-OEM providers with unlimited FAA certifications, we are able to offer a broad range of products and services. Others sell parts, WE SELL SUPPORT! Our CSR position is a terrific opportunity to support Sales for a dynamic, fast paced, entrepreneurial company. This opportunity is based in Independence, KS. Ideal... candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to:
- Sales support functions
- Phone based customer support
- Computer based order processing
- Complex product lists
- Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
- Maintaining customer database and history
- Producing reports Qualified candidates will offer a wide range of skills and experience to include:
- 5-7 years in customer service roles
- Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact
- Managing support for multiple people with competing deadlines
- Strong verbal communication
- Computer savvy Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP type programs, Pentagon experience ideal
- Engaging and professional demeanor
