Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours) • *Equipment Provided and shipped directly to your home** • *Must live in the states of Arizona, Kentucky, Florida, Texas, Utah or Atlanta to be considered** Start Date: Early October 2024 Job Details: • Processing medical claims via electronic fax. • May perform some outbounds calls and take some inbound calls assisting patients with medical related inquiries. • Perform medical benefits investigations • Using computer skills for data entry. • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements: Must have 1 year or more of Medical benefits/ Prior Authorization experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Previous experience in a Medical call center environment, or related field preferred but not required. • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. • Great work attitude and willingness to help others. • HS Diploma/Equivalent. • Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and in challenging situations.
