Role Overview: Xenios Health is seeking high-caliber personal trainers and coaches to join us as beta coaches and early adopters. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic startup at the forefront of health and wellness innovation. As a beta coach, you will have early access to our proprietary technology and platform, which leverages advanced data analytics and AI to deliver highly personalized coaching experiences. Responsibilities: Provide personalized 1-on-1 remote coaching sessions using the Xenios platform. Collaborate with the Xenios team to refine and improve the platform based on your feedback. Engage actively with clients to ensure high satisfaction and successful outcomes. Promote the Xenios brands and services through your network and social media. Participate in content creation (e.g., videos, blogs) to share your expertise. Requirements: Proven experience as a personal trainer or coach with a strong client base, preferably working with celebrities or high-profile clients. Expertise in fitness, wellness, nutrition, or sports performance. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients virtually. Passion for innovation and using technology to enhance client experiences. Active presence on social media and willingness to promote Xenios and your services.
