Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their travel needs and ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and answering general travel-related questions. Provide information on travel policies, procedures, and services offered by Delta. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Stay up-to-date with Deltas products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or airline industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficient with computers and familiar with customer service software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
