Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 in Redmond, WA. Summary: This individual will work closely with the Executive Business Administrator, Business Manager and General Manager of the Consumer Channel Marketing team, executing on organizational rhythm of the business and internal initiative deliverables. Duties... • As a Program Manager, you will assist with ROB calendar for Consumer Channel Marketing, including tracking and scheduling key milestones, leadership reviews and deliverables • Work closely with EA and BM to set agenda for key meetings, capture meeting discussion, decisions, and action items • Drive preparation for CCPM leadership meetings including prepping speakers, slideware and talk tracks; Manage call logistics, including start call, record presentation, and capture attendees • Manage CCPM community communications and source weekly general manager team communications (Top of Mind) • Manage Business Program Management syncs, lead the meeting and track ongoing deliverables • Manage logistics for community-related events, including creative support for content (manage work back schedule, slide clinics) and provide support onsite • Program Manager will manage GM internal/external speaking engagements and presentation requests, including sourcing content, building slideware and talk track • Develop communications and surveys as needed for CCPM internal initiatives • Maintain the team SharePoint site (internal and field-facing) and multiple Teams sites Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience with program management • Minimum 2 years of experience with communications - previously maintained SharePoint and Teams sites • Minimum 2 years of experience with excellent written skills - previously wrote high level communications The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
