The Role: • Lead Generation: Advertise across multiple channels to generate leads (training provided) and stay updated with evolving marketing platforms and AI. • Candidate Interviews: Conduct interviews via phone or Zoom, providing relevant information based on interview outcomes. • Candidate Follow-Up: Reconnect with qualified candidates to facilitate Q&A sessions. • Leadership Development: As you progress, mentor and guide your team to success.
