Assessment & Evaluation:
Utilize standardized tests to determine students' skill levels and learning requirements.
Communication:
Clearly articulate assessment results and educational plans to parents and general education faculty.
IEP Development:
Formulate Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) aligned with federal regulations.
Collaboration:
Partner with parents and school staff to track and enhance student progress.
Family Engagement:
Maintain responsive communication with families, addressing inquiries within 24 hours.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate supportive relationships with students and their families.
Virtual Interaction:
Lead online meetings to support students in achieving their IEP goals.
Learning Enhancement:
Offer families recommendations for learning support and guide them in utilizing classroom resources.
Adaptive Teaching:
Modify learning materials according to individual student needs and monitor progress using measurable data.
Administrative Liaison:
Communicate regularly with school administration regarding student updates.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and facilitate special education meetings as needed.
Office Hours:
