Group Product Manager, Quantum AI

Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role. • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch. • 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership. Preferred qualifications: • Master's degree in engineering, computer science, physical sciences or technology product design or equivalent practical experience. • Experience in quantum computing or adjacent industries. • Experience in developing strategy for, and landing, successful deep technology products. • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. • Excellent people management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships, interact with executives, and work with technical and non-technical counterparts. Our roadmap is focused on advancing the capabilities of quantum computing and enabling meaningful applications. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
