Customer Service Representative

You will handle incoming calls, respond to customer emails, and assist with any issues or concerns they may have. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Assist customers with their money transfer transactions and provide necessary information Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of customer communication Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies Document all customer interactions and their outcomes in the CRM system Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work well in a team Proficiency in using computers and CRM software Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
