Remote Call Center Agent [BILINGUAL]

Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls Take messages and dispatch them according to client’s instructions... Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Obtain, enter and update all patient information in the patient’s electronic records to main accuracy for scheduling purposes.
