Online Chat Support Specialist
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and confident Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at UPS in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers. This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field... Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely manner 2. Provide accurate information about UPS products and services 3. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions 4. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints 5. Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or related field 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers 5. Cooperation and teamwork skills 6.
