Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and implement full-stack web applications with a focus on user experience, performance, and maintainability. • Work closely with UX/UI designers and project managers to translate design concepts into functional tech solutions, enhancing the usability and aesthetic of our applications. • Utilize HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks, and server-side languages to build responsive, mobile-first web designs and robust server solutions. • Optimize web pages and server performance for maximum speed and scalability. • Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for coding practices and documentation. Preferred Technical Proficiencies • Front-End: Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, NPM, and Tailwind CSS. • Back-End: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar server-side languages. • DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, Jenkins, Git. • API Development: Experience with RESTful services and GraphQL. • Databases: Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development. • A solid understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
