Must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills to schedule appointments, attention to detail and possess a good work ethic. Proficiency working with computers is a must. Epic experience... preferred. Experience working in a Healthcare setting. Previous call center experience is preferred. DMV residency is required.
