Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Engage in conversations with clients to discuss our services, address their needs, and provide relevant information. • Provide booking assistance as needed. • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients. • Respond promptly to text messages, missed calls, and voicemails. • Ensure no client phone call goes unanswered! What We're Looking For: • Someone who loves the childcare industry and is passionate about helping families. • A bubbly, fun personality that makes our clients excited to use our services. • A quick responder who doesn't like missing client phone calls. Job Details: • Long-term position with potential for growth into more hours. • Approximately 5-10 hours per month to start. • Availability to answer phone calls from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MT. • Starting pay of $15/hr, with flexibility for the right candidate.
