Customer Service Representative
Glantzlaw is growing and seeking dedicated, caring individuals to provide exceptional and efficient customer service. Receptionist experience a plus. This position requires a 1 to 2 week in office training period in Plantation, Florida. Bi-lingual a plus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide the highest level of customer service. Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers as needed Data entry Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Skills Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Sensitive and articulate written and verbal communication skills Caring and active listening skills Reliability to work as scheduled and get the job done Professional conduct Please submit resume for consideration.
