  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and accounts.

  • Provide detailed information about DoorDash products and services.

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
