Employer Industry: Residential Construction Why Consider this Job Opportunity... - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization - Rich and fulfilling career across multiple geographies and brands - Supportive and inclusive work environment - Competitive salary and benefits package - Chance to make a positive impact on homeowner satisfaction What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Coordinate virtual response to customer warranty calls through TechSee platform and MS Dynamics 365 - Conduct analysis of issues via virtual appointment to triage and determine appropriate next steps - Create service requests, line items, and work orders in MS Dynamics 365 based on virtual inspection results - Manage service requests to resolution, confirming scheduled repairs are complete, and closing out in MS Dynamics 365 - Address complaints, provide solutions within warranty guidelines, and follow-up to ensure resolution What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent - Associate degree preferred - Valid Driver’s License - Construction industry experience preferred - Proven customer care experience with strong emphasis on quality service - Excellent communication and listening skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience working within MS Dynamics 365 and TechSee - Strong analytical ability for root cause analysis At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
