Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development • OR equivalent experience. • 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. • 1+ year(s) experience in cybersecurity or experience supporting compliance audits (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2, PCI, ISO, HITRUST). Other Requirements: • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Additional / Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ year(s) experience i n managing vulnerability management or compliance-related engineering programs that require partnering closely with... internal services and security partners. • Previous experience with compliance certifications and audits such as FedRAMP is a plus. • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), and/or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certification preferred but not required. • Technical security experience, especially in vulnerability management, CVSS (Common Vulnerability Scoring System), patching, exception reviews. • Demonstrable written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of query languages like KQL/SQL; automation, data pipelines and/or reporting. • Enthusiasm, integrity, detail-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful. Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year. Responsibilities • You will help with Azure platform security and engineering programs, focused on getting Azure services to meet and exceed our security standards and stringent customer, regulatory and strategic requirements. • Collaborate with team members to devise strategies and processes around various security and compliance programs. • Under supervision, you will help coordinate cross-team efforts to drive engineering solutions to technical challenges and deliver quality solutions to committed schedules and project plans. • Create and manage effective action plans in response to FedRAMP compliance and findi ngs. You will also identify risks, escalating them to senior levels when needed. • Ensure delivery of monthly reports to government customers leveraging existing automation, while working with develops on continuous improvement of the toolset. • Review and audit Azure's procedures, practices, and documents to identify potential vulnerabilities or risks. • Engage with customer and partner teams for ad hoc compliance support. • Embody our Culture and Values Apply Job!
