Position Overview Join our expanding team as a part-time English (ESL/EFL) instructor, where your expertise in online teaching and communicative methodologies will shine. We invite applicants from various backgrounds, particularly those based in the US, Mexico, and the UK, to explore this exciting opportunity. Your Responsibilities Conduct engaging English sessions within virtual reality environments for adult learners, utilizing our desktop application. Utilize provided lesson plans while adapting and enhancing them based on classroom experiences. Handle administrative duties such as daily class reports, issue reporting, and ensuring seamless classroom operations. Participate actively in training sessions and departmental meetings to align with our pedagogical strategies and engagement techniques.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in TESOL or a related field, coupled with a passion for innovative teaching environments. Minimum of two years' experience in ESL/EFL instruction, with proficiency in communicative and task-based teaching methods. Comfortable with technology, capable of leading online sessions for varying group sizes, and adaptable to evolving technological and strategic landscapes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage both teaching and administrative duties in a digital learning setting. Native or advanced proficiency in English (C1 level CEFR or Advanced-High ACTFL preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish along with teaching experience in the language. Enthusiasm for virtual reality applications and a willingness to explore their potential in education.
