We're seeking an experienced and driven Workers Compensation Paralegal to contribute to our success. With a starting salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, plus outstanding benefits and ample room for professional growth, this is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate. You'll have the flexibility to choose between our Battery Park or White Plains locations, with the initial 90 days requiring full-time in-office presence. To excel in this role: • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a worker's comp paralegal, • Preferably on either the carrier or claimant side • Demonstrate proficiency in managing a substantial caseload across multiple attorneys. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to • Scheduling depositions (comprising 50% of daily activities), • Diligently pursuing outstanding records, • Providing invaluable support in preparing attorneys for trials and hearings. • Additionally, you'll be drafting subpoenas, correspondence, and medical records requests with precision and efficiency. • Proficiency with essential software such as Aderant Total Office (ATO), Adobe, Excel, and Word is essential to thrive in this role Apply Job!
