Profile Summary... Responsible for management oversight of the day-to-day administration of reinsurance Internal lead for reinsurer audits Participation/oversight on special projects as needed Strong annuity and life product knowledge Profile Description Manage functionality of reinsurance administration systems/applications Maintain current knowledge and expertise of tools/systems that interact with reinsurance administration system Ensure timely and accurate completion of system changes/modifications Maintain professional relationship with reinsurers and system vendor Ensure adequate and effective controls exist and are consistently executed Provide financial analysis and reporting to management on monthly/quarterly/annual basis Knowledge & Experience Bachelors degree with 8+ years industry experience Specific experience in reinsurance administration Strong knowledge of TAI Supervisory experience a plus Strong time-management skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously Well-developed communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) Location: West Chester, PA preferred , Open to Atlanta, GA, Minnepolis, MN or NYC as well. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The range for the role may differ based on the location.
