You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our online community. Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing: ? Monitor and review user-generated content across the globe to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. ? Provide timely and constructive feedback to the community regarding their content, with a focus on maintaining a positive and inclusive online community. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing user engagement and fostering a strong sense of community. ? Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends in user behavior that may impact the online community atmosphere or brand reputation. ? Regularly analyze data and metrics related to user interactions and content performance to inform content moderation decisions and improve community engagement strategies.
