IT SUPPORT AVAILABLE IN NEWPORT NEWS, VA Volt is immediately hiring for IT Support in Newport News, VA... As an IT Support, you will be: • Collaborating with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune. • Utilizing the Intune console to assist with managing iPads. • Serving as primary point of contact for business stakeholders participating in proof-of-concept exercise • Performing duties as requested by management. • Responsible for documenting and troubleshooting any reported issue. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the IT department. • Developing and maintaining the understanding of Corporate and IT policies and procedures. • Developing good verbal and written communication skills. • Developing “creative thinking” in troubleshooting techniques. • Developing solid customer service and follow-up skills. • Complying with defined ITIL processes. This is a Full-time Contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience with ServiceNow preferred. • Experience supporting iPads in an enterprise environment required. • Experience working with Intune required.
