This position will lead the team serving as the liaisons between Digital Experience and IT development partners that support all member, employer, and provider portals and various customer shopping experiences. This role will work in unison with the UX team, developing the way we deliver... on the customer experience, using best-in-class research and design methods to shape our work. What you'll do • Serve as internal and external client-facing liaison, advocating for decision making based on customer feedback, web analytics, stakeholder input and other data analysis. • Lead a team of two and manage projects with multiple owners and team members. • Oversee development and delivery of project deliverables, status reports and other work products. • Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities and stay up to date on digital experience technologies and developments. • Prioritization of digital experience roadmap and accountability to successful execution. • Serves as owner of all incidents reported by members, groups, providers and customer service and ensures resolution in a timely and effective manner. • Build annual budget and revise monthly budget as needed based on results and actual spend. • Review key performance indicators to measure performance of digital experience efforts using a variety of web analytics tools. What you need • High School Diploma or GED is required. • 5 years related digital experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in project management, including information technology related projects and business process improvements. • Experience leading teams or projects, developing talent, and fostering a creative work environment. Bonus if you have • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. • Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and virtual assistants, as well as BlueAccess.
