Google Ads Platform Responsibilities: - Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Display, and Local Service Ads. - Conduct keyword research to identify profitable opportunities and enhance campaign performance. - Write compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences to maximize click-through rates and conversions. - Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and targeting options to ensure cost-effective campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI to make data-driven optimizations. - Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Google Ads to implement best practices and strategies. Meta Ads Platform Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram. - Create engaging ad campaigns tailored to target audiences to drive brand awareness and conversions. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ads for maximum ROI. - Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. - Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to implement best practices in Meta Ads campaigns. - Manage budgets effectively, adjust bidding strategies, and ensure cost-effective advertising campaigns. - Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, visuals, and targeting for improved campaign performance. Requirements - 4-year College Degree - Real-world experience managing campaigns in the following environments o Google Paid Search o Google Display Networks o Google Video Networks (YouTube) o Google Local Service Ads (LSA) o Meta Ads Platform (Facebook and Instagram) Time Commitment The minimum workweek is 40 hours, but there? a lot of flexibility when you work those hours.
