Your Role In Our Mission As a Medicare Advisor, you'll play a vital role in saving our members thousands on medical costs and ensuring financial stability during their retirement. With empathy and expertise, you'll guide retirees through their Medicare journey, providing concierge-level service aided by our cutting-edge technology. This full-time position comes with a $1,500 signing bonus for all new Medicare Advisors who join before May 1st, 2024. In this role, you'll spend your days advising seniors via phone and email, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess seniors' Medicare needs with professionalism and empathy Provide prompt and efficient service via phone and email Utilize software to identify tailored plan options Educate and guide clients toward optimal insurance coverage Prioritize effectively to address clients' most important needs About You Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently Life and health license preferred or willingness to obtain Computer savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skills 2+ years of prior Medicare sales experience
