  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—such as Inventory, Forecasting, Finance, Store Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising—to ensure data consistency and alignment across all business functions.
  • Perform detailed sales record analysis and inventory level assessments to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of competitive intelligence, uncovering new market openings and proposing strategic initiatives to capture share.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging consumer preferences that could impact product performance.
  • Conduct research on consumer product trends, supplier pricing, and the broader market environment to support strategic planning.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding of retail mathematics concepts (e.g., margin, markup, sell‑through, and inventory turnover) and proven ability to apply them in a business context.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint—and experience working with data‑entry or database platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering error‑free data in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear, concise manner.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5–10% of the time for occasional on‑site meetings, training sessions, or regional events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a marketing, sales analytics, or category management role within a retail or health‑care setting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL querying.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Knowledge of the health‑care industry, pharmacy operations, or consumer health products.
