[Remote] Co-Owner / 360 Recruiter – U.S. Brand

P&P Talent Group is a boutique recruitment and talent advisory firm based in Austin, Texas, seeking a Co-Owner / 360 Recruiter to help build and grow their U.S. brand. The role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement, with a focus on creating long-term value and potential co-ownership of the business.
Responsibilities
- Building and growing your own recruitment desk from the ground up
- Identifying and winning clients, developing relationships, qualifying roles, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, closing offers, and turning successful placements into long-term partnerships
- Helping shape the U.S. brand, expanding the client base, developing repeat business, and potentially building your own team around the revenue and market you create
Skills
- 5+ years of staffing and recruiting experience
- Proven 360 recruitment experience
- Strong business development skills
- Experience with LOXO and LinkedIn Recruiter
- U.S.-based
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in tech, SaaS, professional services, or growth companies is a strong plus
