[Remote] Salesforce OMS Architect
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Professional Management Advisors Associates, Inc. (PMAA, Inc.) is a global organization seeking a senior technology leader to support the design and implementation of enterprise order processing capabilities. This role focuses on delivering scalable solutions and aligning technical strategy with business objectives within a large-scale customer engagement platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for order processing solutions within a multi-platform customer technology ecosystem
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs, including data architecture and integration frameworks
- Define and oversee integrations between customer-facing platforms and external enterprise systems, such as finance, inventory, logistics, payment processing, tax, and fulfillment applications
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, promoting best practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Support release planning, environment strategy, and deployment readiness throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Proven experience leading the design and implementation of enterprise order processing solutions, including configuration, workflow automation, API integrations, and data architecture
- Experience integrating customer engagement platforms with large-scale back-office systems
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and service-oriented technology ecosystems; experience with digital commerce platforms is advantageous
- Experience with enterprise integration technologies and middleware solutions
- Demonstrated success serving in a senior architecture or technical leadership role on complex enterprise transformation initiatives
- Advanced platform or architecture certifications are a plus
