[Remote] Healthcare Recruiter - Georgia

PruittHealth is a Southeast regional leader in long-term health care, seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join their dynamic recruitment organization. The role involves managing the recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- You will ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters (salary, relocation allowance, signing bonus, etc.) are established prior to posting positions
- You will regularly utilize an applicant tracking system (i.e. Taleo) to review, analyze and assess information provided by applicants in response to job postings
- You will conduct interviews, forward viable candidates to hiring managers and establish and handle interview schedules
- Once the candidate is selected, you will extend the job offer and close out the position in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions
- You have the opportunity to be creative in building a pipeline of quality talent through various methods
- Cultivating relationships with quality candidates will be the key to success in this role
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experience
- One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years previous high volume recruiting experience preferred
- 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
- One (1) year of high-volume recruiting. Healthcare a plus!
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
