Customer Service Representative /Group Travel (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to group travelers and ensuring their journeys are smooth and memorable. Key Responsibilities... ? Customer Assistance: Provide timely and friendly assistance to group travelers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance. ? Booking Support: Assist customers with booking group travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. ? Itinerary Management: Create and update travel itineraries, taking into account group preferences, budget constraints, and destination-specific information. ? Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related issues, such as flight delays, accommodation changes, or cancellations, to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction. ? Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience. ? Travel Documentation: Assist travelers in obtaining necessary visas, permits, and travel documents, ensuring they comply with international regulations. ? Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends and destination information to provide valuable recommendations and insights to customers. ? Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, cross-checking details to prevent errors or oversights. ? Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, travel arrangements, and relevant communications in the system. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to contribute to the success of group travel programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: ? Previous customer service experience, ideally in the travel industry a plus but not required. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools is a plus but not required. ?
