[Remote] Senior Manager, Human Resources Transformation & Centers of Excellence
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confluent Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Human Resources Transformation & Centers of Excellence. This role is responsible for advancing a high-impact HR operating model and leading strategic HR transformation initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR transformation projects to streamline processes and improve service delivery across the organization
- Develop and maintain Centers of Excellence that provide expertise in key HR disciplines such as talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Drive the adoption of innovative HR technologies and tools to enhance workforce analytics and decision-making
- Design and improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle to reduce friction and enhance experience at scale
- Oversee change management efforts associated with HR initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Define and track key people metrics to demonstrate the business impact of HR programs (e.g., retention, productivity, speed-to-effectiveness)
- Coach and mentor HR team members to build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture
- Leverage workforce analytics and emerging technologies to proactively identify trends and inform decision-making
- Establish feedback loops with business leaders and employees to ensure HR solutions remain aligned with evolving needs
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Support the evolution of scalable, modern COEs including learning, performance, and engagement frameworks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years leading transformation or Centers of Excellence initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and workforce planning in the health, wellness, and fitness industry
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving organizational change
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analytics and metrics-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and digital HR platforms to support transformation efforts
