Position Overview: Remote Buyer Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position open exclusively to candidates located in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Champion: Commit to creating magical customer experiences in line with arenaflex service standards, treating every interaction as an opportunity to delight.
  • Compliance Mindset: Strike the right balance across customer, business, and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical and effective resolutions in every case.
  • Continuous Improvement Partner: Collaborate with operational leadership to identify barriers to customer success, actively supporting a culture of continuous improvement across standard operating procedures.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Own your commitments, ensuring your efforts align with departmental goals and objectives that secure arenaflex's overall success.
  • Inbound Call Expert: Handle inbound calls within a queue with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy, ensuring consistent and positive customer outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Customer Service Background: 2+ years of call center or relevant customer service experience, ideally within an e-commerce, retail, or technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: A stellar communicator with a high level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with customers from all walks of life.
  • Digital Proficiency: Comfortable navigating web-based and e-commerce specific software applications, office suites, instant messaging platforms, and internet search tools.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of customer care in a variety of different and complicated situations, always putting the customer first.
  • Insightful and Skilled: Skilled at identifying the underlying needs of customers and providing thoughtful, effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving working environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Training Commitment: Ability to commit to 8 weeks of virtual training, Monday through Friday, with full attendance required. Please note that no paid time off can be taken during the first three months of employment to ensure optimum training and upskilling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Familiarity with marketplace dynamics, online buying and selling trends, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or customer support software.

Work From Home Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you will need the following:

  • Texas Residency: Must be located in Texas.
  • Secure Workspace: A dedicated, secure workspace, preferably in a room or office with a door that closes to minimize noise and distractions from pets, children, and other adults.
  • Focused Availability: Willingness to work a structured schedule without the ability to undertake primary care of another individual (such as a child or adult) during working hours.
  • Wired Internet Connection: A reliable wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rates. Wireless, DSL, and satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems.
  • Internet Speed: Consistent internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload.
