Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in a virtual setting. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff, parents, and related service providers. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to achieve individual goals. Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities. Utilize a range of digital tools and platforms to engage students effectively in a remote learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education or a related field. Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting. Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and technology. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
