Role Overview

This full‑time, remote position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will work from the comfort of your home, using arenaflex‑provided equipment (or your own, if you reside outside a 50‑mile radius of Sacramento, CA). Paid training ensures you are fully equipped to handle the responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, respond to email and chat inquiries, and provide courteous, accurate assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve member or provider questions, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
  • CRM Management: Document every interaction in the arenaflex CRM ticketing system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct proactive outbound calls to follow up on open tickets, gather feedback, or provide additional support.
  • Application Assistance: Guide callers through online application processes, verifying information and troubleshooting technical glitches.
  • Compliance Adherence: Follow privacy regulations, internal policies, and industry standards to protect customer data.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with supervisors, technical specialists, and other team members to deliver seamless service.

Essential Qualifications
